After more than 30 years supporting the Department of the Navy in financial management, leadership, process improvement, and team development, I started Simplify and Thrive Consulting, LLC to help individuals and organizations work smarter, communicate better, and move forward with more confidence.

Throughout my career, I led teams, mentored employees, developed training programs, streamlined processes, and helped organizations navigate change. Today, I bring that experience into practical consulting, workshops, and professional development that help people turn challenges into clear, workable solutions.

As a certified Emergenetics Associate, I help individuals and teams better understand how they think, communicate, and work with others - strengthening collaboration, engagement, and workplace effectiveness.

My focus is simple: reduce frustration, improve communication, simplify processes, and help people thrive.
